Managing Director David Fang possesses over 30 years of rich property development and management experience in master planned communities, multi-residential projects and hotel & leisure precincts in Australia, the UK and China. He has led the acquisition and development of multiple international projects. Notable projects include leading the multinational consortium to win the tender for the Gold Coast Integrated Resort, the last parcel of the masterplanned Hope Island Integrated Resort with a development value of over $100 million, and the successful acquisition and operation of the iconic heritage-listed Sydney Capital Square Hotel.
